Is it possible to discern ‘fact’ from ‘fiction’ within the web of SSPs; RCPs, SRESs, CMIPs, IAMs, as prophecies within these graphs are fixed into policy?

Climate Model scenarios offer prophecies for the future - clear decisive lines that narrate the coming decades, reaching a climatic end in 2100. How will the expansion of climate model systems affect our future?

Four new pathways speculate upon this - situated at the end of the graph, twenty one hundred. The scenarios examine important questions facing climate models - determinism; feedback loops; predicting the unpredictable; and the paradox of prophecy. The scenarios are openly fictitious, subjective and active.
